Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: June 4, 2026
Tunarc is committed to making its music-transfer service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every user to be able to create an account, connect their platforms, and transfer their music regardless of how they browse the web.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Tunarc is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively identifying and fixing the remaining gaps.
Measures we take
Accessibility features built into Tunarc include:
- Full keyboard operation of navigation, forms, and the sync flow — with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- A "skip to main content" link so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass repeated navigation
- Semantic page structure with proper landmarks (navigation, main, footer) and a logical heading order
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Respect for the operating-system "reduced motion" setting, which pauses non-essential animation
- A responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow on small screens
- Readable body-text colour contrast against our dark theme
Known limitations
We are honest about where we are still working:
- Some interactive components in the sync dashboard are still being reviewed and improved for screen-reader users.
- A small number of brand-coloured buttons are under review to ensure their text contrast meets Level AA.
- Sign-in and authorisation screens provided by third parties (Spotify, Google, Apple, Tidal) are controlled by those companies and fall outside our direct control.
- Data exports and files supplied by third-party platforms may not be fully accessible.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes what we fix next.
Feedback and how to report a problem
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Tunarc. If you experience any difficulty using the site, or need information in a different format, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within a few business days.
When you contact us, it helps to include the page address (URL), a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
Assessment method
This statement is based on a self-evaluation of Tunarc against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, combining manual keyboard and screen-reader testing with automated checks. We review it as the service changes.
