Why didn't some tracks sync?
Not all songs are available on every platform. Some tracks may have different names or metadata, making them harder to match. We're constantly improving our matching algorithm.
How do I disconnect a music platform?
Go to your Dashboard and click the "Disconnect" button next to the service you want to remove. You can also revoke access directly from each platform's app settings.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, but only if the service did not work as intended (e.g., sync failures, technical issues that prevented you from using the service). Contact us at support@tunarc.com with details of the issue to request a refund.
How do I delete my account?
Send us an email at support@tunarc.com requesting account deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days.
