Welcome to Tunarc. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What Tunarc Does
Tunarc is a service that helps you transfer and synchronize your music library — including playlists, liked songs, albums, and followed artists — across streaming platforms including Spotify, Tidal, and Apple Music. We act as a bridge between these platforms using their official APIs and ISRC-based track matching.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tunarc. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. Your Accounts
To use Tunarc, you need to:
- Create a Tunarc account with a valid email address
- Connect your music platform accounts (Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music) through their official login systems
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Tunarc for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass any usage limits or security measures
- Share your account with others
- Use automated scripts or bots to access our service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
- Resell or redistribute our service
5. Service Plans & Payments
Free Plan: Limited to 8 playlists, 1,000 tracks, 50 albums, and 100 artists per sync. Spotify sync only via GDPR data upload.
Plus ($4.99 one-time): Unlimited playlists, tracks, albums, and artists. Liked songs transfer. Spotify sync via GDPR data upload. One-time payment, no subscription.
Spotify Access ($7.99 one-time): Everything in Plus, plus direct Spotify API access via a queue-based system with 4-hour activation windows.
Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. All prices are in USD.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:
- More than 75% of tracks consistently fail to sync due to service errors for more than 3 business days
- The service experiences repeated outages preventing sync completion for more than 3 business days
- A critical bug prevents core functionality from working for more than 3 business days
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Change of mind or lack of use
- Tracks unavailable on the destination platform (catalog differences between platforms)
- Issues caused by your connected platform accounts (expired credentials, API limits)
- User error or misunderstanding of features
- Service interruption or discontinuation due to any supported platform revoking, restricting, or modifying API access to third-party applications
- Changes to any supported platform's API terms, policies, or availability that affect our ability to provide the service

5.5 Early Supporter Program
Users who purchased a paid plan (Plus or Spotify Access) before March 9, 2026 are classified as "Early Supporters."
Early Supporter Benefits:
- Priority access to Spotify transfer queue
- Unlimited access to Tidal and Apple Music transfers
These benefits are tied to the original purchase and remain valid regardless of future pricing changes. Early Supporter status is non-transferable.
5.6 GDPR Data Upload
Free and Plus users can transfer their Spotify library by uploading a Spotify data export (GDPR request). This allows playlist, liked song, album, and artist transfers without direct Spotify API access. Uploaded data is processed solely for the purpose of performing transfers and can be deleted upon request.
6. Third-Party Services & API Dependency
Tunarc integrates with Spotify, Tidal, and Apple Music. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service:
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Tidal, or Apple.
Spotify API Restrictions: Spotify has restricted its Developer API to 5 users in Dev Mode and requires Spotify Premium for third-party app access. Tunarc has implemented a queue-based system for direct Spotify transfers — users on the Spotify Access plan are rotated through available slots via 4-hour activation windows. Free and Plus users can transfer Spotify libraries via GDPR data upload without these restrictions.
Important: Tunarc relies entirely on API access provided by the supported platforms. These platforms may modify, restrict, or revoke API access to third-party applications at any time, at their sole discretion, without notice. Such actions are outside our control and may result in service interruption or discontinuation.
7. Limitations & Disclaimer
Tunarc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ensure reliable service, but:
- We cannot guarantee 100% track matching (some songs may not be available on all platforms)
- Service availability depends on third-party platform APIs, which are outside our control
- We are not responsible for any changes or issues with your connected platform accounts
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Spotify transfers require Spotify Premium on the user's account — this is a Spotify requirement, not ours
- We may need to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the service if any supported platform changes their API policies, revokes our API access, or otherwise restricts third-party integrations
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous service availability
8. Account Termination
You can stop using Tunarc at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of Tunarc after changes means you accept the new terms.
